1. "Mere Conduit" & Media Content Disclaimer

PLUVIRA DOES NOT SUPPLY, HOST, BROADCAST, TRANSCODE, CACHE, OR DISTRIBUTE ANY TV CHANNELS, VIDEO FEEDS, OR MEDIA STREAMS.

Pluvira is strictly a self-hosted media management software and uninspected communication conduit. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that all M3U playlists, XMLTV guides, and stream sources configured within their self-hosted instances comply with applicable copyright and broadcast regulations.

Pluvira Cloud signaling relays operate as an uninspected "Mere Conduit" under international safe-harbor standards (including EU Digital Services Act Art. 12 equivalents).

2. Software Licensing (BSL 1.1)

The self-hosted Pluvira container is distributed under the Business Source License 1.1 (BSL 1.1). Personal, non-commercial use is 100% free under defined resource thresholds. Each release automatically converts to the Apache License 2.0 exactly 5 years (60 months) after its official release date.

3. Subscriptions & Trial Policy

Pluvira Pro and Ultra tiers operate on a 100% recurring subscription model (monthly and annual billing). We do not offer lifetime licenses.

• 14-Day On-Demand Pro Trial: Available on-demand once per user account and hardware machine-id. Attempts to bypass trial limits via automated scripts or container re-installs are strictly prohibited.
• Non-Destructive Expiration: Upon trial or subscription expiration, channels beyond position 25 in "My List" remain intact in your local database but are locked in the UI and omitted from M3U exports.
• Cancellations: Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time directly through the Customer Portal.

4. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree not to reverse engineer cryptographic license signing keys, perform denial-of-service attacks against signaling nodes, or abuse cloud backup storage quotas.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pluvira is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind. Pluvira shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software.
